Pentagon Motor Group in Runcorn is seeking an LCV Sales Consultant with a retail sales background and a passion for people. You will talk to customers, identify needs, and turn conversations into sales while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

You’ll meet sales targets, promote add-ons, stay updated on finance options, and join a supportive team. Full training, progression opportunities, and a positive, value-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and deliver a first-class buying experience.
• Motivation and drive with a target-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office and a valid UK driving licence.
• Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.

• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1

The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sunday's being one of the days off.
