Pentagon Motor Group in Mansfield is recruiting a PBV Van Sales Consultant to join our busy dealership. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, building rapport, and guiding buyers through the vehicle selection process. A strong sales background and a passion for people are essential.

You will work 5 days a week, with Sundays off as part of the rota. Training will be provided, along with ongoing development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with target attainment.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Proficiency with IT systems including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, build rapport, and identify needs to turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet sales targets and maximise profit on each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Promote extra items such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Stay up to date with current finance options and regulations to present options.

What will you be doing?

Our passionate sales team at our highly successful Mansfield dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join their team. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.

• Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Effectively promote and sell additional items such as, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sunday's being one of the days off.

• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.
• The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures.
• Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
