Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting a Sales Executive for the outskirts of Loughborough. This permanent, office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, offering a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

The role covers inbound sales, outbound account management and sales administration, focused on delivering a positive customer experience and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales support, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Manage the shared sales inbox, respond to customer enquiries, quotations and order updates.
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to build relationships and promote products and campaigns.
• Process customer orders accurately via telephone and email.
• Prepare, send and follow up quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
