Job summary

Lloyd Kia in West Cumbria, Workington, is recruiting a Sales Executive to drive customer journeys across the Kia range, supported by Lloyd Motor Group. You’ll help customers discover award‑winning vehicles, experience test drives, and secure sales while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a basic salary with OTE £55,000, 45 hours per week, a Company Car, extensive leave, cycle to work scheme, free flu jabs and ongoing training within a supportive, values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence (UK) and be IT literate.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Able to plan and organise and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adapt to the customer buying strategy and encourage test drives conducted by the Product Specialist.
• Explain price and financing options within company guidelines.
• Ensure each delivery is followed up with a call to confirm customer satisfaction and build ongoing relationships.
• Plan and organise daily sales activity, including outreach to prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless customer service experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to support group aims.
