Vantage Motor Group’s Kia Scarborough is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join the team. You’ll engage with customers, manage the sales process from test drives to negotiations and financing, and build lasting relationships to generate repeat business.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £24,541.10 per year with OTE up to £49,223.60, a 5-day week 8:30–18:00 with every other weekend off, guaranteed commission for the first 3 months, uncapped commission, and a benefits package including

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Kia Scarborough. If you have a passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of £24,541.10 per annum and up to £49,223.60 including OTE plus excellent benefits!

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

What You'll Be Doing:
