Lloyd MINI Carlisle is hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves guiding customers through the buying journey, arranging financing where needed, and ensuring follow-up after delivery to build lasting relationships.

The successful candidate will work 45 hours per week, with a basic salary and OTE of £55,000 plus a company car, and will participate in ongoing training and development within a supportive network of Lloyd Motor Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executiveto join our Lloyd MINIretailerbased in Carlisle.Salary:Basic salary with OTE of £55,000 + Company CarHours:45 hours per weekRole responsibilities:

Understanding and adapting to the customers’ buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.

Agreeing price and payment methods including advising on any financing options with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.

Ensuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal phone call to check that the customer is happy with their purchase. Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and future business.

Planning and organising own daily sales activity – for example by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.

Working alongside colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service to our customers.

Positively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
