Job summary

Allen Motor Group's Kia dealership in Rayleigh is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to welcome customers and handle face-to-face and digital enquiries, guiding them to the right product.

You will work 5 days, 42 hours per week, earning a £23,453.10 basic salary plus uncapped commission, bonus and a company car, with the chance to achieve strong earnings. Previous automotive experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling and influencing abilities.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work to sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email/phone/digital channels.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Guide customers through the purchase process, including warranties, accessories, and finance products.
• Adhere to regulations on sale of financial products and insurance.
