Portakabin Ltd’ s Trafford Park team is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales, manage administrative duties and support order winning opportunities in Manchester. The role involves coordinating stock, quotations and customer payments while collaborating across teams to ensure targets and margins are met.

The successful candidate will have administrative experience in a customer service setting, be comfortable in a target-driven environment, and possess skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint,

Competenze

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in business development activities (inbound/outbound calling).
• Minimum GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

• Execute commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to provide development, commercial and admin support to meet order targets and margins.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and continuity of service for orders.
• Collaborate to confirm stock availability, refurbishment and fit-out details.
• Expedite collection of outstanding customer payments.
• Maintain relationships and respond to admin queries promptly.
• Prepare and follow up quotations with customers on time.
• Respond to customer inquiries within SLA timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data in internal systems.
• Keep stock records accurate and updated.
• Meet customer cash collection targets through timely payments.
• Conduct structured business development campaigns to meet targets.
