Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Sales Executive in Scunthorpe to guide customers through their car purchase journey with exceptional service.

You will work to exceed personal sales targets, leverage product knowledge, and deliver a 5-star customer experience. A competitive package includes base salary with OTE and career progression within a fast-growing UK group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs to close sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, self-starting team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the right car using knowledge of vehicles and features.
• Maximise sales opportunities by following up leads and converting prospects.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business.
• Represent Stoneacre with integrity, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Support brand and sales initiatives to raise the Stoneacre profile.

£30,000 - £55,000 OTE a year
