WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is the UK’s favourite car-buying service, growing fast with 500+ branches. We seek a Sales Executive in Coventry, offering £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220, and 42.5 hours weekly on a 5 on/2 off rota, including weekends. You will lead car sales, appraisals, price negotiations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and hit targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements
