We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom to join a fast-growing, market-leading brand. The role involves handling customer interactions, conducting car appraisals, negotiating prices and closing deals while delivering outstanding service.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern, including weekends. A strong bonus structure and progression opportunities are offered to high performers who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
