Job summary

JCT600 York is seeking a driven Sales Executive for the Mercedes-Benz York showroom. You will engage customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and deliver compliant finance and insurance presentations while aiming to exceed sales targets.

You’ll build rapport, manage a sales pipeline, and provide a premium buying experience reflecting JCT600 standards; a confident, results-driven mindset and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Executive role is preferred. This is a sales-focused position, rather than a Customer Advisor role.
• A confident, results-focused salesperson with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
• Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
• Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
