Job summary

JCT600 Ltd. is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor for Mercedes Benz in Chesterfield. You will engage showroom customers, identify sales opportunities, and confidently present vehicles, including test drives and finance/insurance products in line with FCA regulations.

What you’ll do

• Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identify sales opportunities and understand their needs.
• Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
