Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive (Construction) in Ballymena. The role is office-based, handling incoming enquiries, pricing orders, and maintaining client relationships within a leading concrete manufacturer.

You will join a small team in a dynamic environment with two bonus schemes, training, progression opportunities, and a company vehicle. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Sales Executive (Construction)

Ballymena

£28,000 - £32,500 (OTE £40,000) + Training + Progression + Yearly Company Bonus + Monthly Bonus + Internal Sales + Company Vehicle

Do you have experience in a sales role and looking to step into a role with a international concrete manufacturer offering an internal office-based role dealing with incoming enquires with two bonus schemes to significantly boost your income?

Founded over 50 years ago, this company specialise in the manufacturing and supplier of building materials for a wide range of blue-chip clients in the construction and civils sectors. They are rapidly expanding and aim to become the leading concrete manufacturer in the UK with your help

This role will be predominantly office based with rare site visits around Northen Ireland. In this role you will be responsible for taking calls and pricing orders, logging and managing new enquiries whilst also maintain client relationships. You will also be communicating with other departments such as the transport teams to revise and schedule orders. You will work in a tight-knit team of 3 other sales executives.

This role would suit someone in an internal sales role looking to join an industry leading concrete manufacturer where you can upskill in construction and progress into different areas of the business

The Role:

• Dealing with new enquiries and orders

• Two company bonus' based on attendance (£90 per month) and sales yearly
