Job summary

proviT LTD in Coventry is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business. The role focuses on cold calling, networking, and converting warm and cold leads into genuine opportunities, with a base salary of £26,000–£28,000 and a realistic OTE of £40,000 in the first year.

You will work onsite in a rural location and must drive to reach the site. The package includes uncapped commissions, casual dress, pension, and on-site parking, with clear progression as earnings grow year on year.

Qualifications

• Telesales or Sales experience, not standard Customer Service.
• The ability to generate your own leads rather than waiting for them to be handed to you
• Strong communication skills, the kind that get you past a gatekeeper
• Good organisation, because juggling several deals at once is essential.
• Comfortable working solo and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Finding new business and not waiting for it to fall in your lap.
• Cold calling, networking, and generally being the sort of person who can take rejection and move onto the next opportunity.
• Build relationships with the people you win over so they stick around, keep an eye on what's happening in the market.
• Keep the CRM up to date and manage multiple deals at once.
