Steven Eagell Hatfield is hiring a Lexus Sales Executive to join our busy showroom. You will listen to customers, present options, and guide them toward a satisfying purchase experience, including a test drive and personalized recommendations.

You should be highly organized, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license is required; a company car and structured training are provided as part of the role with generous annual leave and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Builds trust and communicates effectively to surpass customer expectations, providing a service-based experience.
• Demonstrates suitable options and guides customers to the best choice, including test drives.
• Uses product knowledge to direct customers to the right vehicle.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the centre to ensure seamless service and follow-up opportunities (e.g., with Aftersales).
• Follows up opportunities for sales by other teams with the appropriate specialist.
