Responsibilities

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand requirements.
• Builds trust and delivers a service-based experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrates suitable options and guides customers towards the best choice, including test drives.
• Uses product knowledge to advise on the best vehicle for the customer.
• Collaborates with Centre colleagues to provide seamless service and follow up on opportunities.
• Works with other teams (e.g. Fleet Sales) to maximise sales opportunities.
