About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to grow revenue for the HLTH Community by selling memberships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of digital health, a proven track record of hunting new business, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This remote role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive customer growth for HLTH Community
  2. Generate new business pipeline through prospecting and hunting opportunities
  3. Manage and engage inbound sales requests
  4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business
  5. Reengage and reactivate lapsed accounts
  6. Accurately track leads in the sales pipeline
  7. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  8. Prepare tailored sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
  9. Lead end-to-end sales processes, closing your own deals
  10. Conduct market research to identify new target customers and segments
  11. Create prospecting content and execute LinkedIn campaigns to generate leads
  12. Sell memberships and sponsorships, including webinars, roundtables, events, and reports
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise/SaaS new business sales or meeting/exceeding targets (please detail in your CV)
  • Proven success in hunting and closing healthcare sector business
  • Knowledge of the digital health market highly desired
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building a pipeline from scratch
  • Extensive network in digital health
  • Flexibility, high energy, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent rapport-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, Business, or related field
