Waylands Automotive is a successful and growing motor dealer group with 11 sites across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon.

What’s the Job?
  • Selling our range of new and used cars
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately completing paperwork to meet delivery deadlines and fulfill promises
  • Maintaining customer records and staying in touch with existing clients to meet their aftersales needs
  • Managing your database of prospective customers to create new opportunities
  • Ensuring the showroom is always clean and inviting
  • Creating and sending customized video presentations to highlight features and benefits of cars to potential customers
  • Ensuring all sales comply with FCA legislation
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Someone excited to meet every customer, whether in person, via email, or phone
  • Someone who remembers small details about customers, like their pet's name, to make their day
  • A person committed to helping customers find the right car and achieve targets
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in their work
  • A competent driver with at least one year of holding a full driving license
  • Professional and friendly in manner
  • Strong communicator with influencing skills
What Do You Get In Return?
  • A 5.5-day week on a set rota including weekends (45 hours/week)
  • Basic salary of £19,000 plus commissions and bonuses (OTE £53,300)
