Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for that next opportunity to grow and become one of the best in the business?

Hours: 5.5 days a week, one late night a week till 6.30pm, Saturday 9am till 5pm, Sunday and bank holidays 10am till 4pm on a rota

Key responsibilities:

  1. Achieve maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
  2. Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
  3. Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
  4. Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
  5. Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies, and procedures at all times

Skills, experience, and attributes:

  • A full clean driving licence is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customers' needs
  • You will be highly motivated
  • Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development
  • Smart appearance, friendly, and approachable
  • Be punctual with excellent time management
