Position Summary

Crystal is the world-leading all-in-one blockchain analytics tool for crypto AML compliance, providing blockchain analytics and crypto transaction monitoring for thousands of cryptos in real-time.

Crystal operates globally, serving customers in the digital asset industry, banking, and FI sectors. We help streamline their Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to meet international compliance standards.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to help expand our rapidly growing business in the blockchain and cryptocurrency compliance sector.

As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales, develop relationships with industry-leading executives, and evangelize Crystal's software and services. This role requires determination, focus, tenacity, and resiliency, with a direct impact on our company's growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual contributor, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Utilize a deep understanding of blockchain products and technology to inform and influence product development, support, and execution of product plans.
  • Identify new strategic opportunities through partner input and collaborate across functions to prioritize efforts.
  • Develop detailed business account plans using CRM tools, including initiatives, opportunities, risks, timelines, and potential revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to create scalable opportunities and ecosystem value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional services teams to achieve goals and grow your portfolio.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and relay market and customer feedback to the product team.
  • Prioritize business accounts annually based on growth potential, risks, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop new target clients based on industry insights.
  • Assess threats, risks, and limitations related to Crystal's business and client opportunities.
  • Act in accordance with Crystal's core values and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within FinTech or Regtech industries.
  • Experience selling services to AML and compliance teams in banking/FI sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership within a team.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and successful deal-closing record.
  • Attention to detail with strategic vision.
  • Multicultural approach, comfortable working across diverse cultures and regions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
