Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Southampton is seeking a Sales Executive to be the main point of contact for customers, manage appointments, and close deals while delivering excellent service.

Typical earnings include £28,200 base salary with potential OTE £35,220. You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotating shift, including weekends, with strong bonus opportunities. Training is provided for products and processes.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure the efficient running of the branch.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with the back office and colleagues to support sales.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
