Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Hexham is seeking a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing team. The role offers £28,200 base salary with an OTE of £35,220, a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern including weekends, and a fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance.

You will be the main contact for customers, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding service while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently and organise workload.
• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers and ensure branch efficiency.
• Prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
