WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK to drive car purchases and deliver exceptional service. The role involves meeting targets, engaging customers, and representing a fast-growing market-leading brand.

You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern including weekends, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, efficiency, and professional conduct in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
