We Buy Any Car Ltd. in Northampton is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, close deals and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You'll earn a competitive £28,200 base salary with lucrative monthly and annual bonuses (OTE £35,220). The role includes 42.5 hours per week on a rotating pattern and weekend work. Excellent training, opportunities for progression, and a comprehensive benefits package await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
