Octane Recruitment Ltd in Slough is recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership. You will manage new and used car sales enquiries from initial contact through to handover, welcome customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives and negotiate to close sales, while delivering excellent customer service.

Hours: permanent, full-time. Applicants must have automotive sales experience or experience in a similar high-value sales environment, hold a full UK driving

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership in Slough.

Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience or experience in a similar high-value sales environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

OTE: £50,000+ achievable by top performers

Responsibilities

• Manage new and used car sales enquiries from initial contact through to handover
• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements
• Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives
• Present suitable finance and additional products based on customer needs
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving individual targets
• Follow up showroom, telephone and online enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and deliver excellent customer service
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident managing customer enquiries and building relationships
