Job summary

Marshall BMW + MINI Salisbury is seeking a confident Sales Executive to guide customers from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll build lasting relationships, understand individual needs, and help them choose from new or used vehicles with tailored finance and insurance options during our bespoke 3-day training program.

The role offers £27,000 basic with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and a first-month guaranteed earnings of £3,333.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, automotive preferred or similar high-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Customer-focused mindset with target-driven professionalism.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
