Marshall Motor Group’s Geely Blackburn branch is seeking a confident Car Sales Executive to guide customers from first enquiry to handover. The role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and a guaranteed first month earnings of £3,333.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rota including weekends. You’ll build rapport, assess customer needs, and present tailored vehicle, finance, and insurance options while delivering excellent service in a trusted brand

• Previous sales experience in automotive or similar environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport.

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non‑advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We’re looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target‑driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
