Job Details:

• Type: Full time, Permanent
• Salary: £24,000 per annum (up to £28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Territory: Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, and surrounding areas

We at Powerforce are looking for a passionate and tenacious person to work on our field sales team representing Molson Coors & Haribo.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Be the face of both Molson Coors & Haribo
• Build strong relationships with key in-store contacts in convenience and independent stores
• Maximise brand awareness and educate retailers across different categories
• Communicate new products, promotions, and maintain stock levels
• Drive product sales and distribution
• Expand product range within your territory
• Negotiate product placement and promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with your team of Sales Executives regionally and nationally
• Share best practices
• Work towards team KPIs and individual targets
