Sales Executive

£21,600 Basic, £55k+ OTE – Uncapped Commission, Company Car, plus 5-Day Average Working Week!

We have an exciting opportunity to join MG / Select Perth as a Sales Executive/Car Sales Executive.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Meet monthly sales targets for KPIs such as new vehicles, used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories, including brand-specific requirements.
  2. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Follow up on customer inquiries and marketing leads.
  4. Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries efficiently with internal teams and customers.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to sales procedures.
  6. Accurately appraise part exchanges according to group standards.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar role (e.g., Sales Advisor).
  • Proven track record in closing sales, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Good communication skills with product knowledge.
  • Confident and professional demeanor.
