Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Annual Leave: 28 days, inclusive of Bank Holidays

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their thriving team in the Nottingham area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment where your efforts will directly impact both the company’s growth and your own financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a mix of sales and account management duties, ensuring both new and existing customers receive outstanding service.
• Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely quotations to customers.
• Engage with lapsed, dormant, and new customers to drive sales, focusing heavily on inbound leads.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, with opportunities to earn significant bonuses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently.
• Target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding goals.
• A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
• Generous monthly bonus scheme, with the opportunity to earn an additional £500 - £2,000 per month.
• 28 days of annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
