We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Tamworth As a Sales Executive at LSH Auto, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Salary - £25,400 Plus Uncapped Bonus, Plus Company Car or Car Allowance

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer budgetary requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive referrals
  
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
• Passion for luxury vehicles and a good understanding of the automotive market
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
