Job summary

T2P Recruitment Ltd in Northampton is seeking a driven Sales Desk Executive to drive new business and support the day-to-day operation of the Sales Desk. You will build relationships with customers and manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

This fast-paced role offers a 28,000 base salary plus commission, with clear progression opportunities and a benefits package including pension, private medical insurance, and an EV scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.

Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for experienced Sales Desk Executives to join a growing sales team in Northampton. You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping with the day-to-day operation of the Sales Desk.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity

• Building long-term relationships with customers

• Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities
• Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required
