Job summary

T2P Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Sales Desk Executives to join its Northampton sales team. You will drive new business, support existing customers and assist with day-to-day desk operations from our Northampton office.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, strong communication and CRM skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude. Various contracts include permanent and 9‑month FTC maternity cover.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales activity.
• Manage inbound enquiries and follow up quotations.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
• Support Business Development Managers with live opportunities.
• Provide cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required.

We're looking for experienced Sales Desk Executives to join a growing sales team in Northampton. You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping with the day-to-day operation of the Sales Desk.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity
