Job summary

Big Motoring World, located at Blue Bell Hill near Chatham, is seeking a full-time car sales executive to offer a high-quality customer experience while selling a wide range of used vehicles. You will conduct test drives, upsell protection products, and drive results on a fast-paced showroom floor.

With an OTE of £60,000, including a £23,000 base and commission, you can enjoy a strong earning potential alongside a company pension and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence.
• No more than six penalty points might affect insurance eligibility.

• Sell a wide range of high-quality used vehicles from one of the UK's most recognised car supermarkets, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct test drives to showcase each vehicle's best features and build genuine confidence with each customer in every purchase.
• Upsell market-leading protection products including warranty, SHINE protection, tyre and alloy protection and Guard X, helping customers protect their new investment while boosting your own earnings through an enhanced commission structure.
