Job summary

webuyanycar is the UK’s favourite car-buying service. We are growing FAST with 500+ branches and ongoing expansion. We seek enthusiastic, service-driven Sales Executives who can build relationships, negotiate deals and deliver top-notch customer care.

Role involves 42.5 hours per week on a rotating 5-on/2-off pattern, with weekend work. Full UK driving license required; training provided for cars and sales process. Excellent bonus potential aligns with company performance.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers and strong administration/IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Executives buy cars and ensure the branch runs smoothly as the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements
