Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy branch network. You will be the main contact for customers, drive appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

With a 42.5-hour week on a flexible 5-on/2-off rota, you’ll be part of the UK’s leading car-buying brand and enjoy generous bonus opportunities and a structured progression path.

No prior car knowledge required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
