Qualifications

  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience en vente avec un bon historique de clôture.
  • Capacité à adapter et gérer son workload de manière efficace.
  • Intérêt pour le sport et/ou les équipements sportifs est un plus.

Sales Executives at Net World Sports are experienced sales and account managers, capable of dealing with high-priority and prestigious clients to a high standard, maximising relationships and sales opportunities with every customer.

Sales Executives are also expected to have expert product and competitor knowledge. You’ll lead by example to support and guide Sales Advisors in their progression and efficiency, whilst supporting Senior Sales Executives and Sales Management to meet their objectives and aiming to exceed personal and team targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all products, from premium to general items, including new launches and modifications, to inform clients effectively.
  • Develop and manage key accounts, establishing strong relationships with high-value customers to optimise sales and encourage repeat business through professional service.
  • Generate sales opportunities through warm enquiries, developing leads, and maximising existing orders and enquiries.
  • Engage with customers on outbound tasks to generate sales leads, maximise figures, and meet targets.
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience across all communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and in person.
  • Deal with various customer types, obtaining relevant information to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Resolve issues promptly, such as online failed payments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Request quotes from suppliers and manage external orders to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and resolve complex sales issues, taking accountability for errors and seeking optimal resolutions.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets, while continuously developing your skills and experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of closing sales based on customer needs.
  • A self-driven work ethic with a positive attitude towards achieving targets and career development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritise, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Interest in sports and/or sports equipment.
  • Understanding of NAV & Magento platforms.
  • Basic product knowledge and understanding of competitor products and pricing.
  • Experience in outreach or cold sales.
  • Previous experience in the sports industry is preferred.

Shifts: 6-week rota provided in advance, including early, standard, and late shifts, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work.
