We have an exciting opportunity for a visionary Sales Executive to lead the charge in expanding the client base and revolutionising the landscape of learning through the adoption of a Managed Learning Service for one the UKs leading providers in Leadership & Management development.

The Opportunity
As a Sales Executive focused on client acquisition, you'll be at the forefront of our clients mission to expand the company by empowering organisations with cutting-edge learning and development programmes. Your role will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of workforce development.

The Rewards
The position of Sales Executive is a permanent remote based role and our client welcomes applications from both full-time and part-time people. This role offers an attractive basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus commission and bonus, bringing your OTE to over £50K.

  • Market Master: Your keen insight into market trends and opportunities will steer the client acquisition strategy. You'll identify new prospects and guide us toward untapped potential.
  • Client Engagement Maestro : You'll be the driving force in identifying and engaging potential clients. Your creative and data-driven methods will build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Relationship Alchemist : Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders and potential clients will be your forte. Your ability to connect on a personal level will establish long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Tailored Solutions : Collaborate with our clients exceptional team to create a customised learning offering that addresses the unique needs of their clients. Your knack for personalisation will set them apart from the competition.
  • Sales Dynamo: Inspiring and guiding the team towards ambitious growth targets. Your skill and motivation will be pivotal in their professional growth.
