Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will support the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. You’ll work closely with our sales team and will learn to run cadences to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The associate sales executive position requires a results-driven, highly motivated individual to support the GRC Sales Strategy.

Duties:
  • Identify and prioritize high-quality prospects and inbound lead follow-up
  • Qualify and close opportunities in accordance with agreed criteria, exceeding target expectations
  • Understand prospects' requirements and identify if GRC can fulfill those requirements
  • Represent the GRC brand, vision, and values professionally and passionately at all times
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and activities log using the GRC pipeline software
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections effectively
  • Become an expert in the GRC product value proposition and usage
  • Collaborate with our Sales Operations Manager to set up sales cadences supporting sales activity
Required Skills:
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
  • Passion for technology and its potential to disrupt the status quo
  • Highest level of integrity; coachable and a team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media and CRM software preferred
  • Attention to detail
Required Experience and/or Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in sales via telephone, email, social media, or retail is preferred
