Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Hinckley and Bosworth is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive car sales, build customer relationships and represent our market-leading brand at a busy branch. You will learn everything about our process and become the main point of contact for customers.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5 days on, 2 days off pattern, with weekend work and strong monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and manage branch operations; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and book appointments to meet targets.
• Appraisals, price negotiations, closing deals, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and team members.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills
