Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Waterlooville is seeking a Sales Executive to be the main point of contact for customers and to help drive the branch's performance with exceptional service.

The role offers £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) with fantastic monthly and annual bonuses, a 42.5-hour week on a 5 days on/2 days off rota, and weekend work. Training will be provided and there are progression opportunities within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will be the main point of contact for our customers and ensure the efficient running of your branch.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:
