Full time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000 per annum (up to £28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Leicester, Nuneaton, Burton, Tamworth and surrounding areas

We at Powerforce are looking for a passionate and tenacious person to work on our field sales team representing both Molson Coors & Haribo.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Be the face of both Molson Coors & Haribo
  • Build strong relationships with key in-store contacts in convenience and independent stores
  • Maximise brand awareness and educate retailers across different categories
  • Communicate new products, promotions, and maintain stock levels
  • Drive product sales and distribution
  • Expand product range within your territory
  • Negotiate product placement, promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with your team of Sales Executives regionally and nationally
  • Share best practices
  • Achieve team KPIs and personal targets

Must haves:

  • Full manual driving license for at least 12 months and comfortable driving a van
