Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing UK network. You will be the main contact for customers, secure appointments, negotiate prices, and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

Work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern with weekend shifts. Full training will be provided; a generous monthly and annual bonus is available based on personal and company performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; act as main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support sales processes.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills
