Job summary

We Buy Any Car Bournemouth is seeking a Sales Executive to drive branch performance, greet customers, appraise vehicles, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

You will work 42.5 hours across a 5 days on 2 days off rota, weekends included, with a generous monthly and annual bonus tied to company performance. A full UK driving license and target-driven experience are required.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.
