Job summary

Auto Skills UK is currently seeking a Car Sales Executive in Haywards Heath to join a well-established automotive business. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting personal sales targets and earning potential of £50k+ OTE.

In this full-time, permanent role you will present vehicles, arrange test drives, discuss finance options, close sales, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. A company car and competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into vehicle recommendations.
• Comfort with discussing finance options and add-ons.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm | Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm | Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm, 1 in 3 rota
