Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales Executive at our Heathrow Airport location to deliver world-class rental services at the front desk. You will drive revenue through upselling our range of products, while maintaining a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

OTE earnings opportunity - £65,000

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for at our Heathrow Airport location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you'll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!

Main duties:

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• To be commercially aware and recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and
• competitor activity.
• Sell the company's services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting
• of damage.
• Responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.

Key skills and attributes required:

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required

• Ability to work as part of a team.
