Fintelligent Search Ltd is seeking an Insurance Sales Executive to join an established commercial broker. You will speak with prospective and existing clients, prepare quotations and support policy placement across motor trade, road risk and commercial insurance.

No prior broker experience is required; strong communication, ambition and a desire to develop within insurance and financial services are valued. A £30,000 base salary plus a bonus scheme and full training are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, account management, insurance, financial services or broking-support experience would be beneficial.
• Experience within motor insurance, personal lines, commercial insurance or motor trade would be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.
• Comfortable working towards targets and following up sales opportunities.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple enquiries effectively.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a long-term career within insurance and financial services.

• Completing fact-finds and gathering accurate information to support underwriting assessments.

• Supporting policy placement and ensuring client information is recorded accurately.

Insurance Sales Executive

£30,000 basic salary + bonus scheme

Are you a confident sales or customer-service professional looking to build a long-term career in insurance? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial insurance broker as an Insurance Sales Executive, working across motor trade, road risk and wider commercial insurance products. You will speak with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, prepare quotations and support the placement of insurance policies. You do not need to be an experienced broker already. What matters most is your communication ability, commercial awareness, motivation to succeed, and genuine interest in developing within insurance and financial services.

The role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating and progressing new-business opportunities. Working closely with experienced brokers and insurer partners, you will gain practical exposure to the full sales and broking process.
