Salary

£25,380 per year (OTE £32,380) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro-rata.

Bonus

Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.

Hours

42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and are growing rapidly! With over 500 branches and more opening each month, we are expanding quickly.

We seek enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team. No prior car knowledge is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:
  • Buy cars and ensure the efficient operation of your branch. Be the main contact for our customers.
  • Contact customers, manage your diary to achieve appointments, and meet targets.
  • Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
