Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a showroom-based Sales Executive to champion their premium aluminium glazing solutions from a Weybridge showroom. You will handle enquiries and guide customers from initial interest to project handover, working with architects, designers, builders and end-users.

Salary £30k-£40k basic with realistic £55k-£65k OTE, 28 days holiday, and on-site parking. A structured training path, career progression into management, and a family-run culture are offered.

• Professional, articulate, customer-focused with excellent telephone manner.
• Hard-working, results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium aluminium doors and glass roof systems to the public, businesses, and professionals.
• Handle pre-qualified enquiries with excellent customer service in showroom, phone, and email.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through project handover.
• Manage accounts for repeat and trade customers and collaborate with architects and builders.

With a headcount of over 200 people and annual turnover in excess of £30 million, this is a well-established business known for transforming homes with high performance aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors, windows, entrance doors and bespoke glazed solutions for the residential market.

Sales Executive Job Overview

• Hours: Mon-Fri, plus occasional weekends and national exhibitions
• Sell top-tier aluminium bi-folding, sliding doors, windows, entrance doors, and glassroof systems to the general public, businesses and industry professionals.
• Handle pre-qualified enquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service via in showroom, phone, and email channels - No Cold Calling
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through project handover.
• Manage accounts for repeat and trade customers, working closely with architects, designers, builders, and end-users on projects ranging from simple upgrades to high end luxury scheme
